OUTA has developed its manpower and workflow structure to ensure productive campaign and project management of each cause / issue it takes on.
To do so, we require the right qualifications plus an activist mindset of highly motivated individuals who are not afraid to tackle the tasks at hand. The skillset and expertise of our people falls largely into the areas of research, forensic investigations, litigation and communications.
Dealing with government inefficiency requires sound research and investigation, along with collating the information to formulate a solid approach / attack on the issues identified. The issues we generally take on fall into one of the three main categories (Policy, Regulations or Conduct) and are generally found to be targeted at State Owned Entities, where the large capital expenditure projects are open to the most abuse and corruption, which in turn generates significant losses of state revenue benefits to society.
