Dear Residents and Community Association representative.  

The continued decline in local government management of municipalities and metros throughout South Africa cannot be left to continue as is. 

Accordingly, OUTA is finalising the development of its Residents and Community Associations (RCAs) Network platform which will organise and strengthen civil society's role in holding municipal and local government structures to account, and help to improve the standard of service delivery by your municipality.                                                                                                                                   

To assist us in building this platform, your RCA is invited to participate in this important leg of our research.  By completing the four sections A-D in the survey below you will help OUTA to better understand the role that RCAs play in society and the importance of specific functions and responsibilities that RCAs undertake.  This should take no more than 15 minutes of your time. 

We will engage with you in due course and advise you when the platform is launched.
