OUTA's message to Cabinet on e-tolls: find a workable solution

The CEO of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA), Wayne Duvenage, has compiled a message to Cabinet members to assist them in making a decision on the future of the failed e-toll scheme.

This is in the form of a video.

In it Duvenage outlines the reasons for the scheme's failure and urges Cabinet members to consider the practical solutions proposed by experts, rather than continuing to hang on to a scheme that was doomed to fail from its inception.
