OUTA surprised by cabinets announcement to appeal the e-toll interdict


Despite the announcement, our attorney of record has not received any correspondence to this effect. In the interim, we are awaiting the full record from all respondents, prior to the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (OUTA) being able to prepare its affidavits for the judicial review process to commence.

OUTA assess appeal of e-toll interdict

OUTA confirms it has received the affidavits from Treasury, SANRAL and four others, who have lodged papers in the Constitutional Court to appeal the interdict against e-tolling of GFIP granted on 28 April 2012 by Judge Prinsloo.
