Following months of development with municipalities and the City of Cape Town, OUTA has launched its highly efficient and effective LINK mobile app for residents in the City of Cape Town as well as the community of Swellendam.  Residents can now report a range of incidents directly to the two municipalities – within a few seconds and via their smartphones. No more calling or e-mailing to file your complaints regarding municipal service delivery! 

The LINK App can be downloaded for free from Google Play and Apple App stores, and can be used to report potholes, traffic light outages, water leaks, sewage overflows, illegal dumping and a number of other incidents. It is easy to install, and even easier to use.
