OUTA decision on the way forward due on Wednesday

In the light of the SCA judgement, the board of OUTA met on Monday evening, 14th October, at which we received input from our constituent supporters, in order to consider our options in achieving the best long-term outcome in the challenge against e-tolling of Gauteng freeways.

The board invited input from other organisations, to help it appreciate the fuller significance and ramifications of this matter. We are considering all inputs, constraints and options so as to best achieve our strategy. The meeting and input was extremely constructive and we are busy formulating our decision, to be communicate this by Wednesday 16th October by 15h00, in the form of a comprehensive press statement.
