OUTA ready for State Capture Inquiry

OUTA has made itself available to Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo and the State Capture Inquiry team.

OUTA ready for State Capture Inquiry

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) has been investigating and researching many incidents and cases related to corruption within a number of state-owned entities and government departments over the past two years. Our work into state capture is extensive with verified evidence provided in our "No Room To Hide" report, along with updates thereto.

“We are pleased that our work related to the issue of state capture within Eskom, which we have presented to Parliament has been handed over to the State Capture Inquiry team. We look forward to the start of the public hearings in August and will do what we can to support inquiry in any way they require,” said Ben Theron, OUTA COO.

We trust, however, that this inquiry will ensure that the people who are implicated in the serious transgressions of state capture will be prosecuted.

OUTA is a proudly South African civil action organisation, that is purely crowd funded. Our work is supported by ordinary citizens who are passionate about holding government accountable and ensuring our taxes are used to the benefit of all South Africans.
